New Antioxidants Improved Mitochondria & Nitric Oxide

Our latest research showed that CyanthOx™ sea buckthorn proanthocyanidins could increase mitochondrial membrane potential and nitric oxide levels on human vascular endothelial cells. These cells cover the surface of our blood vessels, which are responsible for regulating blood flow, inhibiting platelet aggregation, and preventing thrombosis. This study suggested that CyanthOx™ could protect our bodies against oxidative damage and help improve cardiovascular health.

The effects of sea buckthorn proanthocyanidins on cardiovascular health were supported by a clinical trial earlier. The study showed that a daily intake of 270mg of sea buckthorn proanthocyanidins led to a significant reduction in triglyceride by 30%, LDL by 23%, blood sugar by 12%, and an increase in HDL by 7%. It was conducted on 94 participants aged 18 - 67 years old diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

CyanthOx™ is a new, organic, cold-water soluble, and patented proanthocyanidins extract from a SuperBerry called sea buckthorn. Its antioxidant capacity is 8 times stronger than grape seed and 1.7 times higher than pine bark (supported by ORAC and free radical's tests). Moreover, CyanthOx™ was clinically validated to stimulate the circulating stem cells in our bodies by nearly 40%. Stem cells have the potential to turn into other specialized cells, which help to repair and regenerate the damaged cells and tissues due to aging.
