Puredia SeaBerry® Tubular Sterilization System
To keep the maximal bioactive nutrition in the puree, strict control on temperature and time are essential. With four layers of stainless steel tubular design, the heated water will not have direct contact with the product. Besides, the tubes are 80 meters long which allows the product to avoid being exposed to high temperature while also enabling the system to have proper heating and cooling efficiency.
A sensor at the end of the tubular system will detect the heat of the juice. In case the temperature does not reach the set sterilization temperature, the liquid will be pumped back to the tubular system and go through the sterilization process again.
From sterilization to the aseptic filling system, the entire process is designed to be within a completely closed environment (stainless steel pipes) to minimize the risk of contamination and oxidation. Multiple steam infusion is applied directly to the inlet and cap of the aseptic bag for sterilization before and after juice filling. This ensures the sterilized juice is free of contamination from the outside environment.
