Puredia Monk Fruit extract is a 100% natural, calorie-free and is approximately 150-200 times sweeter than sugar, making it the most exceptional alternative to sugar or artificial sweeteners. Unlike other fruits or sugar alternatives, monk fruit is not sweet due to natural sugars but because of powerful antioxidants called mogrosides.

Puredia offers different strength of monk fruit extracts, ranging from 13.5% to 55%. Traditionally, it was called Luo Han Guo and used as a cough remedy and for many other health benefits such as to fight free radicals, lower risk of obesity and diabetes and anti-inflammation.
